Shipping policy and delivery times

How much does shipping cost?

The good thing about our shipping costs is that they do not depend on the number of bow ties or ties you choose, whether it is for one or for 5, the shipping cost will not vary. Take advantage of it!

If your order is over €30 (mainland) you can choose between;

• FREE - 10 days
• €2.99 standard - 5 working days
• €5.99 express - Monday to Friday from 48h to 72h (deliveries are not made on Saturdays or holidays)

If your order is less than €30

• €3.99 standard shipping - 5 working days
• €5.99 express shipping - Monday to Friday from 48h to 72h (deliveries are not made on Saturdays or holidays)

For orders outside the Peninsula, the shipping cost is calculated in the checkout process, based on the shipping address at the time you add it to our payment gateway.

How long will it take to get my bow tie?

If you choose FREE shipping, it takes 10 business days | From the moment the tracking code is sent (which is when we put it on the carrier) you will have it at the address you have indicated to us.

If you choose STANDARD shipping, it takes 5 working days | From the moment the tracking code is sent (which is when we put it on the carrier) you will have it at the address you have indicated to us.

If you choose Express shipping, it takes 48/72 hours from Monday to Friday (Tipsa does not deliver on Saturdays or holidays) | From payment confirmation.

Important: If you have an event on the "weekend", the last day to make sure it arrives on time is to place the order on Wednesday, selecting express shipping. This way, it will be delivered on Thursday and you will receive it on Friday, before the event ;)

An example that will solve your doubts (for express shipments)

1. If you place an Express order on Thursday, we will drop it off at Tipsa on Friday (and since they don't work on weekends), and on Monday/Tuesday you will have it at the address indicated.
2. If you place an order on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, whatever type it is, we will leave it at Tipsa on Monday (they do not work on weekends), and from there we will count the previous times.
3. If you place your order on Monday, we will prepare it and send it to the carrier the next day (Tuesday).

Special Cases

If your bow tie or necktie is custom made, either due to the model, size or other characteristics, we will inform you by email, after accepting the quote.

Always keep in mind that...

Depending on the time of year (Christmas, Black Friday, Elections, Easter, Summer, etc.) these deadlines may be extended. Pitas, Pitas Pajaritas is not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with the delivery times stated here, in orders for which express delivery is not selected.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

We ship our Pitas, Pitas Pajaritas to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and anywhere else you tell us.

However, for orders outside of those mentioned above, please email us at hola@pitaspitaspajaritas.com

If you want it to cross other borders, contact us and we will find a way to give it "wings" so it can fly to wherever you are.

How can I know what day I will receive my order?

Once you have made your purchase, we will send you an email informing you of the selected shipping method with the tracking code so that you can know when your bow tie will arrive and not lose sight of it.

Please note that...

All our bow ties and neckties are handmade , we do not mass produce, therefore, the measurements of the collar and seams may vary slightly from one to another. In addition, in models where the design is not uniform, the accessory you receive may not have the elements in the same position as those shown in the images.
